Bad poor service and staff speaking rudely and have unethical behaviour

TRACKON = Worst company in Indian courier industry. The mobile numbers of bombay branch are not rechable at all. After calling for around 100 times one number of delivery boy was given it is also closed. It takes 5 days to send parcel from mumbai to kalyan. Shameful act is that the staff present says that you lodge complaint, do anything nobody will listen. This is true and my perfect experience. Very very bad company. Should close their...

Uses abusive language

Around 11:30 am today (11/11/2023) a person on customer support of this company mobile number [protected], literally abuses me while asking the consignment which has to deliver on 09/11/2023.
It's first incident in my life when I saw or heard this type of things by a person on customer support.
Do the needful as soon as possible to avoid further consequences.

Shipment not delivered and not returned

Complaint regarding undelivered due to day over from previous 5 days

I'll send the parcel jamnagar to gorakhpur when parcel reach at gorakhpur from previous 5 days still the parcel is not delivered.
From 5 days one reason is provided by courier service day over.
I think trackon courier day is whery short.
Nd I'll take it the delivery boy no. From courier service but delivery boy is always busy on another call. He is not answering the call.

Damaged shipment

I had ordered a canvas bag on Samrtahal Industries, Jaipur and they had despatched it through Trackon courier. The bag was packed in 2 layers of polythene, both layers were damaged in transit resulting in a hole in the bag at the same position. More pictures, video can be shared. Packet was not received by me but delivered at the apartment complex gate without my permission, otherwise I would not have accepted it....
