Courier not Delivered with in time line

On date 06/03/23 courier by prime service send to Aurangabad, it was reached today at 10;50 morning, but still not delivered to given address,
However it was send through PRIME
Also the executive of Aurangabad branch talking very rudely and arrogantly...

Courier out for delivery yet not delivered

Address: Trackon Jalandhar Mota Singh Nagar 776 Near Bus stand

I have delivered package on 25 February 2023 to NIT JALANDHAR, Hostel 6 Room no 117, PUNJAB, consignment number [protected] . It was a necessary document along with books and medicines . Please deliver it as soon because it is showing out for delivery since yesterday and at night it showed up couldn't be delivered because address is incomplete. Package delivered to wrong address

Address: D-428-B, Pratap Vihar, Sec -11, ghaziabad 201009

I had a package with Mba marksheets. However the delivery guy delivered to wrong adress to a wrong person.
When i contacted the lal kua office they clearly mentioned that they are not liable they are not dhl and they dont call the recipient before delivering.
I dont know what to do i am very stressed. I have attached all screenshots of the delivery adress mentioned and the wrong adress where the package is delivered.

Complaint regarding not delivery of courier

The trackon courier service initiated the return of the courier without attempting even a single delivery. We are facing a lot of problem since the courier contains MBA books, my exam is from next week. This is highly unprofessional behavior from the courier team. The person who is responsible for courier in my area was very rude, he himself was not aware as to why the courier has been returned without even making a single delivery attempt.br...

Pan card not delivered and tracking number is invalid

I got message from nsdl that your pan card BAUPA1969B is sent by TRACKON AWB[protected]. however when i click on the site of income tax it shows site under maintenance and when i put AWB number in Trackon tracking system it shows invalid number. kindly help me for the same and deliver my PAN CARD as soon as possible...

Non delivery package from Manesar (Haryana) dt 03.02.2023

I am sorry their person who deliver packet is already back to office. I have contacted their ZPR office and promise to deliver tomorrow. Let us hope for tomorrow. Regarding foreign visit same was completed on 17 Jan 2023. That time I have updated Trackon not to send any apckage at my place and we will collect. Pls ask them to deliver.

Irresponsible Behaviour by delivery person

Tracon couriers Anandan, [protected] he is voluntarily Lost my clients PAN card, My clients address is Puzhal kavangarai, chennai -66 But in tracking details it shows, Delivered with signature in Madhavaram......

Poor Delivery and Wrong information

I found Trackon couriers in the past few months, they dont have proper collection centres in thru out chennai., they are not deliver to anybody, they cant take phone calls also, if they receive, they ask the consumers to come directly and also, not given proper addresss... There personals behave very rude. My clients pan card is not delivered to them, when i ask them they threaten me . And they reply very vulgarly.. And my one of the client...

Improper delivery of pan cards

Misbahiving and non delivery of pan cards, , by the delivery personals... They are not deliver the cards within time, and while tracking the numbers, they put as delivered with signature..., even when you ask the personels, they are ask the persons to come directly to there office only. Not they are trying to send the courier to correspondence address... There office is not giving proper guidence and support.. Goverment agency is not try...

Parcel Damaged & Material Stolen

We Consign a parcel to VIT Bhopal on 27.12.2022, which was delivered on 31st Dec 2022. Delivered parcel was Opened from backside and Many precious things was stolen. Which we reported immediately to Booking Branch. But till the date no one is responding....

Parcel have not reached yet, 2 weeks already

Pancard shipment not delivered and status showing it has been delivered.

Website: Trackon couriers

Pan card shipment having "Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected]", showing delivered on 20/12/2022. However the parcel still not received at the delivery address & still I'm awaited for my Pan card. And I'm still unable to get that without delivery how could you show the parcel has been delivered with such an Important and personal document.
Hope you consider the issue....
