Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a top from Tradehook website on 26 April, 2022. My transaction was successful as shown by payu. Till now I haven't received any update of my order. The merchant isn't traceable. The official number and mail ID given on their website is incorrect. Infact the adress is also misleading. Please do the needful at the earliest to help me get my money back.

I also ordered a few dresses from Tradehook and made the payment online.. i have the copy of receipt.. i have not received my order yet.. the site is a TOTAL FRAUD.. phone number and email address are totally wrong.. kindly do the needful and shut down the entire website at the earliest so that other people don’t get fooled
