Dear sir,
As discussed with my partner, ashish modi regarding pioneer roofing works, kolkatta, we would like to inform you that we had placed an order to pioneer roofing works for decking sheet invoice no: prw/pi/024/18-19, invoice date : 09/08/2018, order no : verbal, reverse charge : n, state : west bengal, code : 19, according to the invoice no prw/pi/024/18-19
According to the proforma invoice we have made 1, 50, 000/- advance payment by axis bank to kalyan roy account no [protected], branch name : jadavpur, receipt no test527x6674 after which the advance was given to mr kalyan roy (Pioneer roofing works) mobile no.[protected]/[protected]. He has been abscording to our calls and not responding proper and delaying our project on purpose despite many phone calls and messages he has not been responsivefor months on end after which we received a mail from mr kalyan roy pioneer roofing works in where he has been asking final payment of the proforma invoice.
After getting mail from pioneer roofing works, my partner ashish modi discussed with mr kalyan roy (Pioneer roofing works) over phone call. We have offered kalyan roy that we will make demand draft of the said 1.5 lakh remaining balance to which he has refused to accept.
However, we have given another opinion saying that one of our staff member will come to kolkatta from mizoram and inspect and pick up the material, where in we will pay in full amount to which he has also refused to do so.
It is with a heavy heart that we have to resend to this mail. Our company is from mizoram and we are a small town, with the lack of materials and resources which is not found locally. We have to use forums like trade india and indiamart. We implore you to take some action with this regard.

As i can see your satisfaction rating is 1%, but still i'm complaining
My changes are not being done since day one as i wanted and the images which has to be removed are still there, my email passwords are another problem automatically the password get changed
2 times in visited to your okhla office with same problem but still facing the same issue i'm fade up of you tradeindia and im not getting business because of your mistakes and this are the complaints i'm doing from day 1

Trade india is a big fraud company who only is interested in cheating people and making money, never try to get into any of their lucrative offers, which they would deny to fulfill later. I must say, it is a kind of thief company, looting people. I have proof for their theft, contact me for any further info. They first promised 3 months back to provide us 3-4 times my investment, for which we invested 17000 to take their portal, which they said will be live within 1 month, now even after 3-4 months it has yet not been activated and now they are asking for 8000 more money to activate the services. When we asked for refund they put the security cheques in clearance which got bounced even though they had promised that they will return my cheques and would never sent it for clearance as we asked for refund. Now they are not refunding my money.

I had made a free listing with trade india 3 months back and i got a enquiry for exports whoses basic requirement was that i should be a member of trade india to deal with them. So i took a basic package of 35k with them. But then they told that they require a trust stamp holder of trade india since they want trade india to take whole sole responsibility of supplier. Since i didn't want to lose this deal i paid more 90k and took the trust...

I have been chased continuously for taking trade india membership so i decided ersho take membember but suddenly i incurred huge losses and was incurred huge losses and was not able to continue with said membership of 3 years and now when i am asking for refund my fund they are (Mr. Rajeh kumar delhi office) clearly denying and compelling to take domain 5 yrs membership of 5000/-.
My concerm is that without informing or taking consent without information people are changing. Ming u people are compelling me to take membership for which i am not at all intrested
Hence please refund my payment immediately else i have to proceed legally..

I wanted to purchase acer prediator helios 300 laptop so this person asked me for money for down payment which i prossed than he started talking about custom issues and started asking for money i paid more than the deal amount and than he stopped answering. Is this kind of trade done in trade indian and u guys send me rate this fake # dealer's who just take the hard earned money of people with false commitment. Done guys do something to get my money back traders number is [protected]

We had taken tradeindia services for b2b promotion by paying rs. 40000/-.

The service was taken on date 25.06.2018, two months passed but till not a single valid enquiry received through tradeindia. The same is informed to multiple people in tradeindia but got no result. We have also followed each & every steps as recommended by tradeindia service team. I’m highly surprised seeing such a non professional response for tradeindia like professional organisation.

At the same time we had also registered in indiamart at free of cost. Now we are getting huge no’s of enquiries from indiamart without paying a single rupees. The screenshot of the tradeindia dashboard is enclosed for your reference. What indiamart can provide at free of cost why tradeindia cannot, even after taking such a huge amount.

I made the part payment of rs.85000/- by credit card to trdeindia.com for the business purpose for there package of 125000/-, but unfortunately happen the critical financial problems with me because of this situation cant continue the business with them, then i request to co. For refund my payment but they refuse to give me. So please solve my problem very fast.

We have tickets booked from Del to Kerala for 20 Sep and return. Spicejet is denying changing the tickets to different destination and also not arranging to refund the tickets. As per the current situation it is not possible to visit Kerala as a tourist for few months due to so many issues. Airline is not cooperating at all.We are coming from Australia. Please help us by getting our money refunded .

Trade India is a fake company who sells their packages to clients based on showing them fake orders. Their employees pose as fake clients ordering your product but will ask you for a mandatory package of trust stamp and after buying that package he would go absconding. Really cheap way to sell your services.

They are selling their Trust Stamp on the name of verification being done from Crisil but no such verification was done for my company neither telephonic nor physical and neither my company name is updated with Crisil. and after complaining to the authorities of Trade India and telling them I want to cancel the deal no response from them saying they don't have a cancellation policy. though they've not yet given any services since one month after payment of 1, 20, 000 Rs.

Message * this is in regards with trade india sales representative mob no [protected] who has been harassing me and forcing me to become paid subscriber by giving threats if i don't he will delete my business profile from trade india.

Such sales reps will tarnish your so-called reputation of said 10+ years or whatever years of history trade india guys if don't put a check on him.

I have my free listing only for analysis to see how my products are responding. I have done free listings in india mart, justdial and many other portals in a free listing i check the customer support and trend these people offer and then i go for paid listings. I have never seen such pathetic customer service ever before. Monthly 1 or 2 enquires (Not sales) and daily (At least 10 times) trade india guys calling & irritating to be a paid customer.

Tradeindias representative & sale service is horrible ill-mannered & to be honest, a rowdy. They get business done by threats, false promises & absolutely no checks from management.

If i have the procedure i would want to register a police complaint against these people.

I would have rated Tradeindia.com as 0 star but unfortunately there is no option to do so. It is one of the worst company to work with and Total waste of money.

There sales team does not know what they are selling, they will make so many promises to get your money. The tradeindia sales person used to be stand in front of my house daily till the day I paid them money.

Once you are on board, you will see that their search engine does not even work properly. I mainly deal in kids items and have listed all the keywords related to kids but still I receive enquiries for adults products. It’s been 9 months that I have been associated with Tradeindia now, and I have not even sold a single paise of goods through tradeindia. I had emailed about this to West delhi Office people Vinod Chawla, Virender Sharma and Saurabh Tiwari and Customer care executive Sanjay and asked for refund to which none of the person bother to reply. Worst customer experience.

Not only this, Tradeindia sells your contact info to 3rd party people and they keep calling you to sell products and ridiculous services.

Be very careful while giving your hardened money to these cheaters. They will not do anything for you. It’s better to donate that money instead of giving it to these people.

Tradeindia.com is fraud and crook. Their sale representative was extremely warm to customers before customers pay the money. When they received the fee for membership, you can never contact them. Is the general attitude which tradeindia.com adopts for a customer?
They lacks of the basic faith of business.
We can not connect with their sale representative after we pay the fee for membership. We need an explain from tradeindia.com.
I want all my money back, i do not want to do any work with you.

I had registered my account in tradeindia 9 months ago. I am not satisfied with your service. Even i am not getting inquiries. I called many time at customer support but not any meaningful response. Even send inquiry and send sms option is not working from starting.. So i want my money back anyhow, otherwise i will take legal action against your company.. Transfer my money as soon as possible.. I dont want to here anything now..

I have paid for 3 years service, am having proofs as fallowing:
1. Correspondence emails with tradeindia personal having email id of — @tradeindia.com
2. Online invoice and payment link generated by tradeindia in my favour with mentioned 3 years service on it.
3. Receipt from trade india for payment, where 3 years service is mentioned

Still my service terminated after 1 year, and i am being called again and again fro reneval, i expalied and sent proofs, every person says, agreed, but next day another calls fro reneval. My time is wasted in addition to my already looted money, tradeinda has fallen all low now, cheaters and fraudsters are working there, they take money today and refuse another day, they also hide things at initial stage and later-on technically snatch more money, tradeindia is mighty company, common people like me are helpless

Tradeindia is a very helpful company for businessman, but tradeindia vender is a very fraud. We had sent a request for chappal/ supplier, and tradeindia had provided some vendor list. And we had choose das rubber enterprise

This is a very fraud company, as per telephonic discussion of mr dipankar das, we had ordered for 1530/pair chappal of different size, colours with my logo for jents, woman and children etc. Total price 45200/- already paid in advance with gst, order had placed dated 09/06/2018 and slipper has received dated 16/07/1018, received 50% chappal poor quality, duplicate colour & without my company logo and - 50% without strap totally uncompleted, this a big cheating,

Please take action and refund my amount.

Paid INR 35750/-for one year membership
in jul 2018. Now asking for INR 2, 00, 000/-
for trust seal to get business. This wasn't told to me while taking membership. My company won't look genuine without trust seal according to them. My company has been thrown into non response zone. Can't be seen on TradeIndia portal. This is as per Company policy

I paid Rs. 26800 for giving ad in tradeindia. Com. There executive told to me that this is one of the best package and your products will get displayed on the first page and will get lot of promotion. But it had been almost 1 year and my membership will closed but amnot received a single order for my products. But I am in India mart also. They do their work promptly and monthly i got 15 to 20 orders from them. Tradeindia is a bad deal and no one should never go for it.

I paid 60000 rupees and got registered in Trade India in Jan 2018. Till this date no business got converted by Trade India. Once I start complaining they just show off as if they do some help. But end of the day these people are cheaters like giant fraudulents.
Pl forward this message to all customers to be careful about these Trade India sales people. They speak sweetly and put you in honey trap like Pakistan spies. Once you give the money they will go for sleeping.
