Dear BEST managers
Could you please pay a bit more attention to the way BEST buses are driven across Mumbai. The way your staff (conductors and drivers) behave with commuters.
- Buses are not stopped on bus stops, in spite of being empty
- Route Sion – BKC – Kurla – Ghatkopar – Mulund
- Bus # 302, 303, 7 Ltd, 310
- Stops – BKC stop
- Time – Evening 8:00pm to 9:00pm
- They do not allow the passengers to board the bus
- They stop the bus mid way on road, blocking the traffic and makes It difficult for commuters to board, as there is moving traffic
- Behave rudely with passengers inside the bus, including women
- There are no AC buses apparently seen on road
- Timing of buses is extremely irregular
Passengers do not have trains to travel (courtesy Maharashtra government) and now buses not supporting commuters. Request you to look into this and improve the service. Important to assist public for larger interest of public and government. Was this information helpful? |
