Dear BEST managers

Could you please pay a bit more attention to the way BEST buses are driven across Mumbai. The way your staff (conductors and drivers) behave with commuters.

- Buses are not stopped on bus stops, in spite of being empty
- Route Sion – BKC – Kurla – Ghatkopar – Mulund
- Bus # 302, 303, 7 Ltd, 310
- Stops – BKC stop
- Time – Evening 8:00pm to 9:00pm
- They do not allow the passengers to board the bus
- They stop the bus mid way on road, blocking the traffic and makes It difficult for commuters to board, as there is moving traffic
- Behave rudely with passengers inside the bus, including women
- There are no AC buses apparently seen on road
- Timing of buses is extremely irregular

Passengers do not have trains to travel (courtesy Maharashtra government) and now buses not supporting commuters. Request you to look into this and improve the service. Important to assist public for larger interest of public and government.

Nellore & budhanam they are both tollplazas cheating for charged double payment of same single id but collected different dates. They are cheated daily lot of vehicles of many years

Sir, I have applied for driving licence at Kishanganj DTO on 23.09.2019 and got Learning Licence vide Learner Licence Number is BR37 /0010216/2019. I have also made Fee payment on[protected] vide Application No[protected] and Receipt No- br37/ 45577. But still I can't have my driving licence. DL Status showing Pending at RTO. this is the matter of shame because Motor Vehicles Officer are sleeping from 8 months.
please issue my DL as soon as possible.

Hi sir iam riju pillai on 8th i came from bhopal to indore i got down at radisson square i asked auto driver to drop me near pioneer collage mahalaxmi nagar the auto driver told me he will charge 70 rs for this, i told him to go with the auto meter he told me that we doesnt we dnt go with the auto meter,

There is NO A/C buses facility available from seven Bunglow (Andheri west ) to Mulund East
Request you to pls look & do the needful.

Please arrange to look into the matter :-
1. Buses from Afzalgung to Dilsukhnagar from 8.30 p.m to 10.00 p.m. Absolutely No buses are
running during this time . We are facing extremely hardship in the night to reach Dilsukhnagar
from Afzalgunj.
2. Buses from Jiyaguda is running via through state Library and do not take a turn from
Afzalgunj .So there is no buses from...

SUB : TO REDUCE BUS TIMING BETWEEN PUDUCHERRY - THIRUKKANUR.
I m working in a company in Puducherry. I am always traveling in local buses from Thirukkanur to Puducherry. The distance is about 24 Kms, but the buses are taking maximum 1 hr 15 Minutes to reach their destination. normally 45 or 50 minutes enough to reach that distance. but the buses are taking 25 minutes more time. The buses take 25 minutes to reach first 3 kms then 20 minutes to reach first 8 Kms and 25 minutes to remaining 13 Kms in end. It shows the bus goes 22 Km/h for 11 kms and 52 km/h for 25 kms.
There are 45 bus stops between Puducherry to Thirukkanur route(Via Mettupalayam- vazhudhavoor). 20 bus stops are within first 6 Kms.
Buses are doing for each and every time for their gain. Even there is lot of buses processing, all are doing like that. But this is not good for the passenger.
Some one to reduce the problem for us. We need to go and come comfortable and easier then save our precious times.
First they should reduce bus stops and stages.
Second Govt should provide more buses for local within 6 Kms (City buses).
Third Govt should clear the way by traffic
Fourth buses should advice to drive with average speed upto A to B.

sir/madam,
i had been here in jamshedpur for the past 6 year,i relize that facility
is given to the citizen of jamshedpur is below poor quality.
-very less transportation facility is given to outside the jamshedpur like bokaro to jamshedpur only on1 government bus
is provided.bus facility is totally not given to whole jharkhand
state.
-road is also damage and it is not maintained from jamshedpur to bokaro.
-no night facility is available for transportation to jamshedpur


there have been more steel plant in this region espically still
public suffer from all this thing.
just find some solution for public comfort.

Hi, Today Morning i had a bad experience with one Share Auto. From Loyala College to Next Stop ESI Signal Corner Share Auto Driver asked me Rs.10/- for a Service. I replied him When it is changed form Rs.5 to 10/- and No notification about Hike Fare? Suddenly he put some bad words to me. I can digest my self and throw Rs.5 Rupee coin to him and walked to my office. In few distance 2 Traffic Police men were standing, i complained about the share auto, one say, Please give the complaint against shareauto with Number, Other say, Diesel rate were also increased, so we can't balance between people and share auto driver.

The Driver in Dindigul city, bus No. 9B, N.Panjampatty (Nilakottai Panjampatty). Route Dindigul to N.Panjampatty is misbehaving with the passengers, and he is always talking and laughing with the ladies. He is not concentrating the driving. He is always talking the Cell Phone. Always he put a place, by towel for his girl friends and relatives. Any one asks to him, he fight with him and use wrong words. He is not properly stopping the bus in the Bus Stops.


Pls take necessary action regarding this....Urgent

Respected sir, I am working in kelambakkam so that I need to start from home so soon. i am staying in Muthapudupet, from there to avadi buses are not started at regular times nowdays. 61c 6.10 buses are starting from their nearly 6.15 to 6.18 and 6.20 bus starts after 6.30 only. so the next buses all are following this late manner. So that I’ m unable to get bus from avadi. Pls kindly consider my request and inform them to keep timing and drivers are taking more time to reach one point to another even there is no traffic in this area. Thank you.

My name is Rajesh I am Living in Kothattai village, chidambaram taluk, cuddalore district,tamil nadu-608501.
my village (kothattai) is located in cuddalore to chidambaram Main road. The government is alloted stoping to my village. Bus rout numbers 239, 242, 244,339,183,340 and all Private Buses. But many bus are not stop on my village. so my village is discomfort to travel other areas.In this stoping surrounded by many villages are using this stoping. Approximately daily 1500 peoples using this stoping.
I don’t know How to complaint and manage this problem .

myseslf parmanand sharman i have to horse trailer 4018 having transport bussisness and we offen running between bhavnagar to mandi gobindgarh but there is a big difference between mandi
Gobindgarh dharm kandas most of the steel plants have wrong messerment knatas and that the reaseon thay always reduse 80 to 100 kg weight and dut to this reason transporters losses 1500 to 3500 every chacker (round) I belive in urs channel kindly consider it seriosly and inqure it because i know that inspecters gets bribe unless they can do it openly

1. The conductors are not returning the change like 50p.Since we travel everyday, it is not possible for us to give the exact change always.And also the conductors say that they cant give the change since it is consuming time.so they are forcing us to give the exact tender.

2. The buses do not stop in the exact bus stop.They stop some meters away from the stop.We have to run to board the bus.Sometimes the buses do not STOP in the bus stop itself.

3.The conductors sit in their seat and only the ladies standing have to pass the ticket and the fare.It is very hard to passengers since they need to balance themselves in the moving bus.

4.The M500 buses are not frequent.We need to wait for some 15 mins to 1hr time. And even if the buses arrive after a long time they stop some meters away from the stop.And after waiting so long we see 7-8 buses pass at the same time.Please make the time gap consistent.

5.In BUS M118 and in few other buses, the conductor asks us to get down in between the stops, since we dont have the exact change. This has happened twice for me,when i asked for 3 rs ticket with 20 rs once and 50 rs once. I had to then walk to the next busstop which was almost 300 m. Also it was a remote area , i had no autos, share autos.. not even a shop to buy a refreshing drink..
