Hi This is Vaibhav planned a trip with my wife, way back to Rohtang pass we forgot taking our small baggage to the hotel which i enquired them after we came back home. This is utter nonsense as they are for the last two weeks saying the same things that they are still checking the baggage with the driver...how much time does it take...02 weeks is a long time and i do not know what they are doing every time i make them a call they are just not giving me satisfactory answers. This is there job to do it as we were in their car.

    Booked a travel package for 2 families (4 adults & 4 kids) for kerala (Kochi, munnar, kovallam, alleppey & kanyakumari) from them. The first hotel we entered - millenium continental was like a paharganj hotel which was recommended by them. I called up mr. Pradeep and he was like quiet expecting my call on seeing the hotel.

    Drivers are the lifeline of the travel and the driver provided was the worst inhumane person. This bloody useless person named vivek was very arrogant and annoying. He was not interested in showing us around. He had a target everyday to start at 10:00am and be back at 5:00pm so that he can enjoy his beer everyday. At every place he dropped us around 1 kilometer far on the grounds that there is no parking place for tempo traveller, but at every place we could see tempo travellers of other companies parked hardly 50 mtrs. From the sightseeing point. His objective was that we will get tired and obviously head back to the hotel. This useless fellow agreed with us to take us to kovallam from thekaddy at 6:00 am because drive is long and we can reach kovallam in time. We reached in the reception area at 6:00 am waking up our kids (3, 6, 8&12) and found him sleeping in the car. [censored] him.
    He then said he can't drive without bathing as this is his bread & butter for which he must bathe. Took around one hour to bathe. We kept waiting for him in the reception area.

    The worst of the worst : he switched off the ac at every stop while we were sitting the car in that scorching heat. We requested him not to do it but he did it even more intentionally & often for reasons unknown to us.

    He did not know the way from kanyakumari to alleppey. Took out his mobile and opened a navigation app. Selected the shortest way to reach alleppey irrespective of city driving & crossing he has to halt on. It took 90 minutes more to reach alleppey as this as***le did not take the highway. I was constantly requesting him to take highway as i also opened my navigation app but he kept driving in the city and avoiding bypass roads & not listening to me.


    The driver did not take us to sunrise point in kanyakumari because he did not wake up. We reached the hotel lobby at 5:30am and kept calling him but he did not answer our calls. At 6:30 am he picked up our phone saying he will be there in 25 minutes but unfortunately sun had already risen.

    At the end of our trip we started from alleppey to kochi airport (Around 95 km) . We asked him in the starting to stop the car at a restaurant so that we can buy something to eat. This son of a ****** did not stop the car anywhere on the way.

      Booked a package for Kashmir, at starting before confirmation of package they called three times a day as if they are very much concerned about our package and problems but after confirmation handling over the advance they just neglect on what they say want the full money before the package begins but earlier that u we can give them money after arrival. And the problem is not only with the money, the service which they give is not upto the mark and the hotels which they tell very good and furnished are just some pieces of junk in dustbin. They gave us a deluxe houseboat and when we reached there we found that our booked rooms were given to someone else and when we tried to contact them they just changed our houseboat and given us an another one and for that changed us 8000 more. They hadn't called us even a single time after payment for problems which we were facing. We are very upset of there service in the package given. I think we should go to consumer court...

        Dear sir, we are from vrindavan, i book a tour from your company, i speak with Laxmi, she was not good for as, she give as too much problem what she tell, we did not get, we pay to much for my trip118500, but we have to pay extra8000rs We booked ac, car, but we get non a/c, very bed hotel, she give as, , so please never book again with this raga travel, we are going to court to complaints about this, they have to pay back my money,

          On 5th June 2015 I booked a holiday for Delhi to Manali Volvo package for dated 06.June to 10.June to Manju, based upon the description in your mail (copy of the relevant mail page attached). She promises a hotel with 5-10 minutes access to the Mall road which is described as very nice view. When i spoke to Manju i made it clear to her that required a quiet location, with good facilities for us. We also told her that, because we had a long distance to travel, we would only accept Volvo bus which seats are as seats with thighs seat semi sleeper. She told us that there would not be a problem. But that was totally different. You honoured almost none of the promises in your contract. The description in your mail is deliberately misleading in its description of the hotel, half day local sightseeing, full day sightseeing Rohtang pass & others and even kullu manikaran sightseeing. We made our requirements quite clear to Manju and we know that she noted them on the booking form, so you cannot claim that you were not aware of them. From our perspective, this was not a holiday, but a very stressful experience that we would have done anything to avoid. It was distressing to us and we lived fom one crisis to the next, just begging for the chance to get home. In the circumstances, we do not feel that is unreasonable to expect a full refund of the money paid to you following your misrepresentation of what you were offering. We expect, therefore, a refund of the amount for which you didn’t provided. We are also making the details of this case know to Travel Raga who have expressed a willingness to publish the details in the hope that it will warn other travellers of your absolute lack of respect for your customers.

            I have book a trip on last may'2014. They have given us a driver who was drnking leaker everyday. I was with family. So this was very very annoying. We have already payed advance. So after so many complaints they have not changed driver and also our tour was misralble. So do not book with travel raga. They are not giving what they commit. As we are paying for enjoyment. There was not a single hjoy moment with travel raga.

              changed itinerary accommodation after accepting token money lied about the equity of accommodation provided at every stage where none matched.just fooled outsourced the job to 2nd party without sharing with them the exact details about the tour.

                I had booked a 6 days-5 Nights holiday Package (9th September 2014 to 14th September 2014) for Kashmir through M/S Travel raga Holidays (P) Ltd for rs 22, 800.00 & I had paid full amount to them. Unfortunately due to recent natural disaster/flood in Kashmir, the tour was cancelled by them.After my follow up they refunded me Rs 20, 800.00 & deducted Rs 2000.00. I sent them several mails asking why they have deducted Rs 2000.00 & requesting them to pay back my Rs 2000.00 but till date there is no communication from them. It would not be out of place to mention here that M/s Booking Khazana has refunded me 100% amount of cancelled Flight Tickets of the same Package. My balance booking amount of rs 2000.00 should be refunded to me.

                  I have booked a tour for kashmir, total cost 38000. advance payment 5000. As per current kashmir situation I have to cancel the tour, also they cant provide the same to me as well. But still they are applying 4000 penalty. Else they are asking for reschedule the tour or replan or any offering any other places. I am unable to do so due to official issue & personal reason.                     Dear Sir, I have booked travel package for Manali from Delhi for 4 nights 5 days stay at Pause Hotel Manali starting from 6th June 2014 and end on 11th June 2014 by giving payment of Rs.10000/- as advance on 25th June 2014 by net banking Reference number 8987U5 on the Merchant Website : travelraga.com and now the travel agent Travel Raga has reduced the stay by one night & day(3 night 4 days) which I feel cheated and asked for refund of my money which they are ready to refund by deducting service charge where was no service has been extended or such policy has not been mentioned in mail correspondence.Please take action against the company.I can provide the details.
