This travel triangle is a fraud company and I just booked trip package to Thailand through breakbag holiday(agent) and this agent asked me to deposit the money of Rs.20, 900 as an advance money. And later I cancelled the order after seeing the negative reviews about the company. I asked them to refund the money after deducting the necessary cancellation fees and both the fraud company was refused to refund the money and stating that it is a non-refundable amount. The group of people from these company are threatening me through phone calls and mail. Their intention is to cheat our Indian citizen. This both the company has to be banned in India. Ideally, I tried to negotiate later and even they are also not ready to rendering the service and later I made a complaint to both cyber crime as well as bank. I clearly mentioned that you should not booked anything until my confirmation. Breakbag holiday should proof my trip plan such as date of journey, boarding date, itinerary details. Share the hotel bill booked with the contact and specifying the date of check-in and check-out. You should also provide hotel voucher. Sharing the snapshot of booking in public without the hotel voucher is unfair. I can challenge you legally and seek justice. Sep 27, 2023 Updated by Mari07 The issue is not solved. This is a reply to your email, you are trying to defame BreakBag Holidays and Travel Triangle by no means .

We have all written communication and this is a clear case of defamation .

1.You had made the payment and we had booked your hotels once you had done the payment .After the payment you wish to cancel the booking and don't wish to pay the Cancellation Charges to Breakbag and Travel Triangle, this is an injustice .

2.You had mentioned in the complaint that we threatening you via phone calls & Email, its a false statement and you are again trying to defame us again without any relevant proof.being a customer you don't have any right to injustice with us by not paying the Cancellation fees as per policy and posting a complaint with our name.

3.You had made the payment after checking all Cancellation Charges and Checking all details and you are trying to defame us in public.We have all relevant proof to substantiate every single details .

To all the customer who is reading this review we have attached the hotel vouchers where we had booked the hotels and post booking the guest wish to Cancel without paying as per Cancellation Policy and Defame us, this is absolutely injustice to us.I would request the website admin to please remove the review as its affecting the brand reputation with no means.

Don't lie and mislead the information. I clearly said that don't book anything until I get's the refund. Without my confirmation how do you book the hotel and there is a clear WhatsApp evidence. I will produce anywhere. You want to cheat innocent Indian citizen and looted the money. Why do you have such a useless cancellation policy and not protecting the consumer and taking entire money as cancellation charges. You don't speak about injustice ok. You know fair justice you can deduct the cancellation charges and pay the balance amount to customer.

I can also produce all the evidence and documents. So the final word with court. Without rendering the service and refusing the refund money by you is always harmful to the entire society. Hence I have decided to initiate legal actions against Breakbag Holiday and ready to challenge and sue against your company. You will not get this hard earned money and I can recover this money and contribute to orphanage.
