As part of my package, cab services were provided, and I was assured that proper cab bills would be given. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the agent has failed to provide the cab bills, which I require for reimbursement and record-keeping.

I have tried reaching out via email, call, or chat, but there has been no proper resolution. This lack of transparency and service is highly disappointing.

The trip was poorly planned. Specifically
- Every Hotel we went there were no booking; had to call the travel consultant to sort out
- Our hotel was changed after we arrived at Silver Pearl Beach Resort, Neil Island (we have a confirmed booking)
- we were booked into an afternoon ferry inspite o[censored]s having a written confirmation to take the morning ferry to Havelock Island on 1st Jan leaving us almost no time at Havelock...

1. Payment option committed to me got changed during the last 2 days and I had to pay via cash and gpay directly to the driver, I was given commitment to pay via credit card.

I am solo travel from Malaysia.

1. Quality of room in munnar was so cheap as shown in pics, pillows and bedsheets were so dirty and unhygienic. Mattress and bed frame was broken from middle. Balcony was spoiled by piegons.
2. ⁠driver of cab harrashed us on middle of travel and misguided us for show timings and other things.We coudnt cover half of places mentioned in itenary.

I had enquired on 4N/5D package to Hongkong. While initial conversation was good, the concerned person (Mr. Piyush) showed completely different attitude once the advance money was paid. Our trip turned into a mess because the person who booked it left the company and made a lot of mistakes. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for those mistakes. We agreed over the phone that a jungle safari was part of our package, but it got booked for the wrong day. Since canceling wasn't an option, they asked us to pay an extra 4400 for the safari, which we reluctantly did.

We booked via travel triangle. Singapore family trip. but we paid all the mat from my current account. I'm eligible to get a refund tcs. chetna from travel triangle didn't gave any help. the booking gave to house of travelers from Lucknow. his name is prathumn he doesn't care about customer queries. so they looting the tax money. April month they need to file the tax. but after 8 months still no answer from both the sides....

I was in touch with Travel Triangle's Agent.
Trip was planned and i paid the advance, because of some personal reason i requested cancellation and I accepted the charges.

As per the Email I was communicated as
"The total package is 2000 USD, will be charged 10%, is 200 USD. You deposited 561 USD, the remaining is 131 USD. We will support 30 USD, So the remaining is 161 usd. Travel Triangle...

1. Hotel Amuse vista: For day 1 and day 2 I booked room with bath tube. I got room but there were no hot water on first day and no water on 2nd day . So I did not able to use bath tub.
