Travolook — Airline ticket booking fraud

Hi,
I have booked tickets for my MD,
Round trip to bangalore dehradun costing Rs.20000.
Now the ticket is cancelled and money not refunded.
Im answerable to my boss and my job is at stake.
My humble request is to refund my money.

Please help me save my job.
