Travolook — Amount was debited but the flight ticket wasn't booked

I had booked flight ticket through travolook on for 6th September from Ranchi to Chennai. The ticket wasn't booked due to their problem but the amount of Rs 3509 was debited. They sent me a mail saying that I will get the refund within 10 to 15 days. It's been more than a month and my amount is refunded. Kindly get it refunded. Below is the mail they sent me:-

This email is regarding your booking reference number : REF[protected]

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason .

Refer to your discussion with our agent dated 25-Aug-2021.Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..

Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.

The refund shall be as per the policy.
