After a ticket from Delhi to Vijayawada these guys called me and said your ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and told me that 10-15 days your money will be refunded but when I called to customer care no one is giving an correct answer and simply they cut my call in the middle of conversation itself they are totally fraud please don't book any thing from this site....

I booked a flight ticket from travolook.in on 16/03/2021 for HYDERABAD to KOLKATA. However, though the payment was processed from travolook, they informed about cancellation of ticket afterwards. The flight booking amount was 3566/-.
However, to this date i.e. 15 days, i have not received the refund from TRAVOLOOK even after repeated mails & calls at my end.

This website works as a way to book flight tickets. When we book everything works fine. As soon as the payment is done, we get a mail saying that the ticket is cancelled and amount will be refunded in 10 days. But no money will be refunded, and there is no was of contacting any one in the company. This way they are scamming the money for a long time....

REF[protected] dt 13 Feb 2021 on this reference Kolkata to New Delhi ticket cancelled due to price hike by Travolook. I made 17 calls and multiple conversation and multiple mails to the company but they are not refunding my money. It is creating financial and mental disturbance to me. I want compensation for this harasment. The Customer care executives are not transferring calls to higher authorities....

After the bookimg confirmation they told me it is cancelled due. To increase in fare and will give me refund in 10-15 days and its been 25 days still no update
Again booked a ticket same thing happened, the same fare is still showing in the website...

I have booked flight ticket from vijayawada to new delhi on 3rd November 2020. My PNR is C1SFWO of Airindia flight. On 3rd November Airindia had changed schedule time of flight. So I didn't travel in that flight due to more time gap. I have informed to airindia airport office at vijayawada. They accepted and told me that your money will be refunded. I gave a written mail and call also to Travolook third party for refund. 4 months completed...

On February 1st I have booked a ticket from Kolkata to chennai with a reference number[protected] and soon after I received a call asking for extra amount because of the fare changes and I asked for a refund on which they said I will be getting it in 10 days.

This is sunny kumar, booked ticket thru Travolook company after booking after deduction the money my ticket has cancel. REF[protected] booking date 10.03.2021 for date 31march2022 from Ranchi to Delhi.with in 20 min ticket cancel automatically but refund money still not return back.
