Complaint marked as Resolved I booked one flight ticket (From Kolkata to Guwahati) for myself on 10th Jan'22 from the website https://travolook.in. The ticket was for travel on 10.01.2022 The total amount deducted from my account was Rs.4159. Just after the booking, I received a call from the company which said that due to the sudden increase in fares by the airline, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancel my booking. The support executive also added that the process of auto refund will take a maximum of 15-20 working days During the past approx one month period, I called them 5-6 times to know the status, and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing, "due to some technical issues the auto refund got canceled. The case is escalated and they have initiated the refund again, and it will take another 7 working days for the money to be refunded in my account." Now I feel trapped as when I ask for any complaint number or want to talk to their seniors they disconnect the phone. I am very worried as they seem to never go to give me the money back. Please suggest or help me how the matter can be taken up with the correct authority..
