Travolook — Booking cancelled by travolook mentioning the seats are not available in flight

I booked the flight on 6th Oct for travel date 23rd Oct (BLR to DEL). I received call from travolook that no seats available in flight so they cancelled my booking mentioning amount will be refunded in 10-15 days.

BUT its been more than 2 months, still i didn't receive my amount. I sent multiple email and called them so many times. The response i get always is you will get the money by Friday till date that friday didn't come.

I would request to take some action and help the customers. I can see same my type of query is raised by so many people on Travolook.
