Travolook — Cancel amount not refund

Sir, my booking reference number is. REF[protected], date 04 March 2021 amount 3369.00. booking kolkata to Amritsar. This ticket is cancelled by travolook.in agency. I have many times talk to castomar care of travolook but my refund amount is not received in my account.please sir kindly take action.
