Travolook — Did not receive refund

This is Chandra Prakash Suthar. I booked flight ticket on Sep 1st, 2021.Reference number is REF[protected]. On Same day i received call that flight is cancelled and your refund is initiated but today 29th Sep, 2021 still did not receive refund . I called many times and sent mail but over the call everytime they are saying that you will receive in 1-2 days but still i did not receive. as i checked over internet its routine issue or fraud they are not returning refund. I will have to file case against my refund if i do not receive in next 2 days.
