Travolook — Flight booking automatically gets cancelled and refund didn't initiated till now it's been 1 month now .

I booked ticket on travolook and after 30 minutes I recieved email from travolook that your tickets gets cancelled due to some reason and refund will be initiated at our end and you will get in 8 to 10 working days, it's been 30+ days now I didn't recieve my refund, I try to call them but they didn't recieve my call and didn't replay on mails .
