On the 31st of January 2022, I have a ticket scheduled from Hyderabad to Delhi. The booking was cancelled, but the money was deducted the following minute. I received an email stating that the refund will be completed in 7-15 working days. After 15 days, I had not gotten my refund. I phoned customer service around 8 times, the first time they claimed the money will be reimbursed in 10 days, but I never received anything. The second time they claimed it will be repaid in 7-15 days but it was never received, and the third time they provided me a date but it was never received. Finally, they stated the money had been credited to my Travolook wallet, which I immediately checked and told them was not the case, and they hung up. I phoned two more times, and each time they asked for my Reference Number before hanging up. This behaviour and treatment demonstrates that the website seemed to be the poorest and most fraudulent during the return procedure.
