Travolook — Flight ticket cancelled by travolook and amount not refund

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have book my flight ticket through travolook travel agent and after few minutes, I got mail from travolook that flight ticket was cancelled by airlines and your amount will be refund in 7 working days. till date not received refund from travolook.

Date of travel : 30th January 2022,
Date of booking: 29th January 2022,
airlines: Indigo

Whenever I call to customers care, they inform that refund process and next 7 working days will be refund.
Please help us to get refund from travolook.
