I had booked flight tickets for my staff name Kiran Rai and Nomit Lepcha on 24th September 2021 email registered was [protected]@gmail.com
Mobile no. [protected] on Travolook.in. The flight ticket was booked for date 13th Oct 2021 from Bagdogra to Goa. I paid an amount of 13766 through online payment from my Yes Bank Master Card [protected]
Card Name Karna Pinto
The amount got deducted from my account. However in 5mins I got an auto generated mail saying that my flight booking is cancelled and will get the money refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
However I have been calling their customer care number on [protected] and have sent several mails on [protected]@travolook.in. Every time they send auto generated mail reply. I have not received my refund till date. When I call customer care number they say that money will be refunded by next Monday and cut the call.
Kindly request you to look into it.
