Travolook — Flight ticket not issued and amount is also not refunded after cancellation done by travolook

I booked three tickets from travolook, tickets got cancelled by travolook and amount is not refunded.
I had a call with travolook customer they are replying “Amount is refunded you will receive shortly please wait” since 25 days.
