I am writing this email in in the sense of great dissatisfaction and with the felling of robbed by your website "Travolook.com"
I booked a flight from you kochi to chandigarh on 3 Rd December and have paid in full upfront for the ticket.
After few minutes I got a call from your booking department, stating some technical issues and promised me to pay back my full amount within 7 to 10 days.
Here is 31 December, I haven't received a single rupee back yet.
Not only that, I have called your customers support many times and have requested the money back on the recorded conversation
Moreover, as I was promised to get paid in 10 days, which hasn't kept as an agreement by your services, I request you to please pay me compensation on the amount from the 10th day till the day I will receive my money back to my account.
I have all the recorded conversation with your customer care and would like to proceed with a formal complaint with the consumer court Was this information helpful? |
