Travolook — Fraud site delaying in refund

If at all I had the option to give starts in negative to travolook I will be happiest doing that,
what a fraud company it is.
I had done the ticket booking on 22/01/2022 for 24/01/2022 from Mumbai to Vishakapatnam REF[protected]
they had canceled my ticket and the money was debited, without any notification, they said the refund will be processed within 7-10 days when I called the customer service, it is 14/02/2022 and I didn't get the money
when we connect with the customer service agents they disconnect the call and are very unprofessional they don't escalate the issue even after asking them we emailed to the support team, not even one acknowledgment email they sent.
all I need is my money I can't be waiting for any longer
when I tried putting my review on the website 1 star and that page only shows 5-star rating reviews and they hide 1-star review
i need my money back.
