Travolook — Give my money back

I have booked my ticket on 21 aug 2021 from travolook portal ..they called me and said my ticket is cancelled due to technical issue and they said they have initiated the refund process..but today is 26 sep 2021 still i have not received any refund..pls take some strict action and bann this portal forever they are fraud

Request you to tweet on twitter by mentioning them, they will have to refund your amount. I'm doing the same and atleast getting responses from their end and they have assured for immediate refund...let's hope for the best. Put for best effort overthere.
