Travolook — It's been more than 17 days I haven't received a refund.

I book the ticket last month and They called me saying that the flight has been cancelled from their end and they will refund the entire amount.

I followed up with them by email and I was assured that I will get a refund from an agent named Neha.

Till today I haven't received the refund and also whenever I am trying to connect to the customer service the call goes on customer waiting and it is disconnected when you become the first caller at exactly 30 sec before the call should get connected.

This is fraudulent activity, I don't understand why there is no action taken against this.
