I booked a ticket REF[protected] on 17-Aug-21 and after 30 mins Customer care agent called and said my booking got cancelled due to technical error at their side and refund will be initiated in 7 Working days. i followed up after week and they promised me to give the refund in 3 days. Nothing happend so.
Again after a week i contacted them, they asked to wait for another 7 days.. As usual nothing happened.
On Sep 06th again i contacted and customer care executive says, wait for another 10 days and 7 working days period starts from my 2nd complaint only.
its already been 20 days and there is no processing done and no reference number of refund.
when i asked for Escalation contact, only response was to drop a mail to general customer care and i will get reply in 3 working days.
Now im concerned about my money and want authorities to give attention to such websites doing fraud. Was this information helpful? |
