Travolook — No refund after cancelled my flight book decided by itself.

I booked to hyderabad from mumbai by flight through travolook worth 3623rs, Booking Reference- REF[protected] on 6th February 2022 After that it cancelled itself without reason, after i looked website about this company and just found that its fraud and scam so i suddenly complaint to you against travolook to immediately refund my accountwithout late. Please help to solve this issue immediately.
