This is regarding my Refund request of RS 4109,
I have booked a ticket with travolook ref no:REF[protected] from pune to bhopal and due to airport shutdown the flight was cancelled from airline so I contacted the support on 6th October and they informed yes there will be refund and said to to wait and also informed 35 days will be the maximum days to get refund. Now it is more than 45 days but still no response.
1. Every time I call the support team, they collect the details and inform me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes and disconnect the call .
2. If I mail then they say the standard answer is that it is waiting from the airline end .
3. first they said to wait 35 days then 10 days, 3 days and keep on repeating the same.
4. when contacted Air India then they say I need to contact travel agent or need to provide Refund application reference number so i kept on following up with travolook for providing the reference number but they are not providing that .
5. I have raised a case with consumer online help but in that alo they said "
flight got cancelled due to the COVID-19 restriction from the airlines end and the refund is pending from the airlines end.we will process the refund once we will receive the amount from the airlines"
6. other than standard answers like Airline refund pending and please wait . they are not providing any resolution .
AIR INDIA says to contact travel agent (travolook) and travolook says to contact AIR INDIA so please help.
