Travolook — Non Refund

Address: 836, 2nd Floor, Udyog Bihar, Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana, 122008

I have booked my flight ticket from Bhubaneshwer to Delhi on dated 15/07/2022, at 10:55am of amount 6122 Rs through Travolook. Amount deducted my bank account but ticket is not booked. I have called many times to travolook customer care and they always said amount will refund next two days or three days. But still amount not recieved in my account. Below are the booking Details.

Updated by Ashis156 It's already 10 days completed from consumer complaint but I don't receive any call or mail from company..and 31 days completed from my booking but they don't refund my money..so please help me please

It's already 10days completed from consumer complaint..but I don't have any call or mail from travolook..and 30 days completed I don't get refund money .please help me please
