I booked a ticket for my daughter's journey from Hyd to Mumbai for 5 Jan 2022 vide booking ref[protected] duly paying Rs.3, 743. The next moment I got a revert message saying booking not done and the amount gets reflected in 7-10 days (excluding holidays) My repeated emails, calls to their horrible call center gets a standard response saying it will take 7-10 days, with the latest being my conversation with them vide case ID 8695237 saying that it would now get reflected by 24 Feb 2022. A similar reply was given to me promising credit by[protected] when I spoke to them last on[protected]. I see some fraud or callous attitude by the people concerned. They don't give any number or person to escalate the case. Guide me on how to serve notice to them as I wish to proceed legally on this if I dont receive money by[protected] as promised.
