Travolook — Not processing refund

I booked a ticket for my daughter's journey from Hyd to Mumbai for 5 Jan 2022 vide booking ref[protected] duly paying Rs.3, 743. The next moment I got a revert message saying booking not done and the amount gets reflected in 7-10 days (excluding holidays) My repeated emails, calls to their horrible call center gets a standard response saying it will take 7-10 days, with the latest being my conversation with them vide case ID 8695237 saying that it would now get reflected by 24 Feb 2022. A similar reply was given to me promising credit by[protected] when I spoke to them last on[protected]. I see some fraud or callous attitude by the people concerned. They don't give any number or person to escalate the case. Guide me on how to serve notice to them as I wish to proceed legally on this if I dont receive money by[protected] as promised.

The issue has not yet resulted, Even my call on[protected] met with the response we are doing now. Fraud people.

Today the customer care executive by name Ms Molica again says it will take a week to get it reflected in bank account. Gives case id as 782340. I know its fallacy. Next week again they will give different id. Fraud company. More than 1000 people money is kept like this by them

I approached NCH - National Consumer Helpline). Subsequently Travolok refunded Rs.374.3 (rupees three hundred seventy four and thirty paisa) on 12 Ap4 22 against Rs.3, 743 (three thousand seven hundred forty three). This is to say to government they refunded but not the correct amount. only 10% returned and 90% held with them Again writing to government. Horrible people.
