Travolook — Not received my refund

I had booked a ticket from travolook from IXB to IXC on 19.01.2022 vide Ref No. REF[protected] and they cancelled my ticket and they said that i will get back my refund within 7-10 days and after daily conversation with them over call and email they only say that i will get refund within 1 to 2 days and till now I had not received my refund.

and after that i had again booked a ticket from travolook from IXB to IXC on 19.01.2022 vide Ref No. REF[protected] and they also cancelled this ticket and they said that i will get back my refund within 7-10 days and after daily conversation with them over call and email they again say that I will get refund within 1 to 2 days and till now I had not received my refund.

Please take action this.
