I booked my ticket from Delhi to Maldives (Rs. 24008/-) on 5th October 2021 and I received a mail immediately saying "Your Booking is In-Progress with booking reference number : REF[protected]" [capture 1 image]. But then after 1 minute i received a call from their support team stating that your ticked could not be booked as the prices of flight have increased, so either i can pay additional amount to confirm my booking or cancel the ticket. I asked them to cancel my ticket my ticket and received another mail [capture2 image] which said " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at[protected] or send us an email at [protected]@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed."
On same day I inquired till when i will get refund and they responded on same day through email saying 10 to 15 working days.
When i did not received the refund till 31st October i again contacted them through both phone and mail, i received another response stating, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).. Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated."
Today is 16 November 2021 and I have not received the refund yet.
Now there is no response from their side. Kindly help me as it is a huge amount.
