Travolook — Not refunding money of cancelled ticket.

I booked a ticket from srinagar to leh from their website but the ticket was not issued and till date they are not refunding mmy money.
this message was send on my mail.
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]

I booked ticket on Jan 06 2022 more than one month had gone.

Hi all, just call to your respective bank and demand dispute form or inform to raise dispute for this transaction never go any where, bank will take action also provide cancellation mail or message if available.
