Travolook — Not refunding my amount-rs 12080/- | |||||
I have booked air tickets from jaipur to hyd on 12.1.2022.the executive called me up to pay the difference amount as the fare got hiked and cancelled the tickets due to fare expiration . (ACTUALLY THE FARES WAS SAME AS I HAD BOOKED THE TICKETS AND TRAVELLED THRU INDIGO TO HYD ) and gave a mail that my amount will get refunded within 7 working days .despite of my calling several times they only extend the duration of refund by more seven working days, today is 2nd of march still no refund has being done. ref no[protected] complaint no 6450122 Was this information helpful? | |||||
