Travolook — Not refunding my money back

I booked my flight ticket from Pune to Delhi on Travolook on 6th of September. Subsequently, I received an email from Travolook stating that I must wait for 30 more mins for getting my tickets. After some time, they sent me an email mentioning "reservation cancelled due to operational reasons."

On warning their customer care executive, I somehow managed to fetch my tickets from the company. Unfortunately, due to Pune airport runway construction, my flight got cancelled and I opted for a money refund from Spicejet.
Within a few days, received SMS from Spicejet about the credit of the money to Travolook account (The details shown are of TripJack company).
Its been over a month since I am trying to get my money back from this Fraud company.
