Travolook — Payment not received for the tickets that got cancelled on their end

Hi Team,

We have booked flight tickets by paying the money online from
that website on November 28 2021. After 30 minutes we have received
email saying that our tickets got cancelled due to fare expiration. Initially we have waited for 5 days for money refund of the cancelled tickets. As we did not received money, we have contacted customer support team and they told that they will refund the money in 7 to 10 days. After waiting for 10 days we again called them for money refund, they are saying the same thing again like we need to wait 7 to 10 days. Sometimes they are disconnecting our call. It is been one month since this incident has occured, but we did not received money. Many people has written in reviews like they got cheated in the same way. So, we thought of reaching out here for getting our money back. Please help us here .
