Sir/Mam,
I booked a flight ticket with booking REF[protected] using travolook on 12th September 2021 and the payment was successful.
However, the ticket has been cancelled from travolook side. Details enclosed.
Immediately I received email about cancellation followed with call that due to operational issue it was rejected from airline company and you are entitled to get full refund of 4418 INR within 7-10 working days.
However, no refund has been received, I was mailing then frequently taking over phone call to their customer care representative but not reachable.
For my email on 30th September 2021, they replied once again stating as below;
they replied that please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 05-07 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.
But, no action has been initiated even after so much of call and email and going to be a month.
From last couple of days I’m trying to contact customer care, after waiting for 3 min and when i am getting my turn the call is automatically being disconnected this happened more than 10 times from past 2 days. This is being continuously repeated.
You know very well how this pandemic hit us all very hard. And this kind of fraud tear our pocket more subjected I’m being jobless for whole year.
I pray you to take necessary action against the firm and refund my amount along with bank interest as it is clear negligence on part of Travolook. Was this information helpful? |
