I am here to inform u my self SajiC.S.Pillai .i was booked my flight ticket by travolook website 15th December 2021.But some technical issue my ticket was cancelled by travolook but my payment was deduct from account. when i called customer care executive He told me your refund amount is initiated by our end and it will be credited in your same account within 10 to 15 working days but till now my amount is not credited in my account. am going financial crises.its is very urgent to refund my amount.my reference no is REF[[protected]].Passenger name is Saji Channattu Sivasankara Pillai. Destination is Kochi to Sharjah .Please take necessary action Agaist this firm
