Hi,
1)Booked (REF[protected] flight ticket on 23rd June and flight got cancelled by airlines. Since 3 months Travolook didn't refunded amount back though I have contacted customer care multiple times.
2) Booking reference - REF[protected], pending refund since 10th Aug.
Initially, Travolook used to say refund is pending with merchant side and they haven't received any amount. When I asked them to drop an email to me saying the same then all of sudden Travolook start saying that they have received refund from merchant but due to some technical problems at Travolook refund is getting delayed to me.
This breaks the trust on travolook, and need to take certain action on travolook and help me on getting my refund amount back please.
Also company is not following standard customer service policies and do not adhere to refund policies.
Need to take swift action against travolook and help others not to fall in such situation like me at the moment. Was this information helpful? |
