I Had A Booked A Ticket On 28th September 2021 For A Round Trip From Jaipur To Pune Via Travolook Website. The Next Day I Got Notified That My Tickets Had Been Cancelled Due To Operational Reasons And The Refund Will Be Initiated Within 5-7 Business Days. After A Considerable Amount Of Time Elapsed, I Began Calling The Customer Care And Everytime They Would Stall The Refund By Giving Fake Assurances. I Won't Forget To Mention How Rude And Unhelpful Most Of The Employees Were.

As Of 11th November 2021 I Still Haven't Received My Refund.

Updated by sanscrewit I contacted customer care again and they said my refund has been processed from their side. I asked them to send me proof on my registered email. They once again falsely assured me of sending an email regarding it in 30 mins. It's been 24 hours but I haven't received any update.
