Travolook — Refund amount 13894 INR

My self Mopuru Ramesh Kumar,
I've booked flight ticket on Dec 16th for two passengers from Chennai to goa.they got cancelled it automatically and they saying that it is due to fare expiration and amount 13894INR got deducted from account through UPI

and it's been more than 25 days they couldn't process the refund and not replying to my mails and calls too.so i am requesting you to consider this and resolve this issue asap
