Its been more than a month since the company has not been able to initiate my refund for cancelled tickets, which was due to their side of issues. The ticket which cost 2000 rupees was cancelled on 28th of August, soon after which the company's customer services informed me to refund my amount in coming 7 bussiness days. Its mid october now and still their business days have not completed it seems! I have wrote multiple emails and talked to their customer services employees endlessly but with no outcome. They have now stopped replying to my email. I have not accepted to face this kind of behavior from their side. Its highly frustrating and disappointing services they offer.
