Travolook — Refund for air ticket

I have booked by air ticket in TRAVOLOOK on 7th sept 2021 from Mangalore to Bangalore in Indigo airlines. My money was paid but ticket was not processed and ticket goy cancelled. I need to get my refund my ref id is REF[protected].
