Travolook — Refund fraud against me | |||
I had booked a air ticket via travolook.in on 6th January 2022 and the same is immediately cancelled by travolook.in after successful payment. And I receive a mail due to technical reason your ticket has been cancelled. And the amount will be refunded to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). I have contacted no. of times to the customer executive the same response I get that your money will be refunded. I spoke to shalu with emp id 108 your customer care executive for refund request REF[protected] on 1 feb 2022, hiten with emp id 354 malvika sonali and mansha many a times . My original refund request REF[protected] was raised on 6 January 2022. Everyone told me that i will get my refund within 7-10 working days today is 05 February 2022 still i have not received my refund . This is really irritating. Evey time They told me that there is technical issue i ask when this issue will get fixed i got no timeline about the same from your customer care executive Teeka, Shalu Singh malvika, hiten sonali mansha etc etc . No one had helped me out in getting my refund . Really bad and irritating i have raised a case ID also to Technical team. Can i know exactly what is status of case assigned to technical team also by when i need correct data when i will get my refund as it more than 7 to 10 working days. Guys please help me with correct data. . I need exact date by when i will get my refund for REF[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
