I am surprised to see hundreds of consumer complaints about travolook and it looks kind of a fraud company maintaining staff as customer services to dodge customer refunds who call[protected] and their fake website www.travolook.in looting online and there are hundreds of customer complaints on the consumer complaints portal online to trap customers to buy tickets and cancel their tickets blocking refund postponing to different dates and will not send refund transaction details if we ask them. However, no official has restricted this fake website till now. It is still looting many customers as of date lodging consumer complaints till date and anyone can say by typing travolook in google, first it displays 'travolook fraud airline agency' even the call-center no[protected] shows fake on truecaller. To my observation why cyber security is not taking any action in spite of raising many consumer complaints? what more evidence does anyone wants to seize such an agency? Is it only on social media why not on such scammers like www.travolook.in No one to solve 100s of customer refund issues? At least can't they save other future passengers who may get trapped paying for this fake agency? It makes me feel so upset to see this scammer website is still live.
