Travolook — Refund issue since 11th/Jan/22

I have booked flight from Travolook (HYD TO BLR) amount deducted but booking cancelled by TRAVOLOOK. REF[protected] I also received call from this company refund will insatiate 15 days. I have sent many mails and also called them many time, they even not responded properly and i tried to make them understand that i m going to complain against company but they said in a very rude manner as do what ever you want to do. still my refund is not initiated, its been 40 days. Kindly take action against company it is the regular business for them. the same kind of incidents faced by many customers with this company. please do me a needful thanking you in advance.
