[Resolved]  Travolook — Refund money cheated

Dear sir,
I have booked a ticket from TRAVOLOOK Mangalore to Chennai two ways and I have cancelled it approved by Travolook on 14 june 2022 . Till the date have not received my money and they are telling within 24 hrs or 72 hrs credited to account now 3 month over still the same story going on kindly take necessary action for this thanks.

Hello, I am writing here to inform that ticket booking REF 458090260, MR. Prabakaran Mangalore to chennai Rs ₹10158.00 my mail venkatpraba79@gmail.com phone number 8680809103, , till the date I have not recieved my money.
