I had booked my flight ticket from Travelook website. Details are as follows:

As, I was booking the ticket, it got cancelled from your side and my money got debited from my account. After that, I got a call from Travelook that the ticket got cancelled due to some technical issue and the money will be refunded ia 10-15 days. I waited for days and then gave a call to them for the update as I hadn't received my money even after 20 days .
I called around first week of July. They told me that the amount is processed and I will be getting it in a week. I didn't receive it still after 1 week. I waited for 2 more weeks and still I hadn't received it. I again called them to know the status. They again told me the same scripted lines that the money will be credited to me in a week
Now, today again I called them. They again said the same lines. I asked them to connect me to a senior person to contact with. But they told they can't. At the end of the call I was told I will get my money back till 14 August 2022.
I am getting pissed off by the service you guys are providing. I really think if you can't handle your job properly then stop doing it and getting on people's nerves. This kind of attitude won't help your company anyways.
I want my full refund back with interest ASAP. It's a hard earned money which u guys have locked with you for more than 2 months now.
I don't want to listen to any new reasons or scripts here. Just need my refund amount back in my account.
I really thought it would be great to book my tickets from this portal. But, honestly, I had my worst experience here.
