Booking Ref Id - REF[protected], REF[protected], REF[protected] This is in regards to the flight ticket i booked on 17th OCT21 from vijayawada to Bengaluru and Bengaluru to vijayawada with Travolook and immediately after booking the ticket got cancelled & i was notified via call and email that the refund will get processed in 7-10 business days. It's been 45+ days i have been following up with them but no one is bothered to response. Also a scripted response on the fb messenger is sent when i ask for an update with no ticket or request id of my issue. The contact details mentioned is totally fraud as it never gets connected. May i now request the Travolook team to refund my amount in next 24-72 hours before i take the proceedings to a different way. +3 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I booked flight tickets on travalook website on 13th November, 2021 from jodhpur to hyderabad with REF[protected]. They cancelled tickets from their end and told me money will be deposited in 7 working days. I called them several times and their answer was same, amount will refund in 2 working days. But till date amount was not refunded. I have all call recordings and call references with me. Refund my amount before taking issue to next stage.
