Travolook — Refund not given for ticket cancellation

I booked a ticket with Travolook with Ref id REF[protected] on 6th Jan 2022
The money was deducted from my card and the website showed that booking was under process & I would be update in 30 mins.
After 15 mins I get a mail that " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration" and payment would not be processed.
However money was already deducted. The website showed that refund would be processed within 5-7 days. However money has not been refunded till date. They are not replying to mails. when calling on customer care they put the call in queue and then cut the call after few minutes.
Please help.
